How we did it

Our plan was simple, deliver an engaging Facebook/Instagram Ad campaign that would not only boost brand awareness, but get new customers through the door by increasing appointment bookings to allow the salon stylists can get down to doing what they do best, but how did we do it?

In order to receive their voucher, they had to enter their name, email address and phone number into the landing page.

Step 3: Re-Targeting & Conversions

By entering their basic information, subscribers join a mailing list where they will now receive follow-up emails that remind them to redeem their voucher by booking an appointment with Monet Hairdressing before it expires. The Salon Owner was then capable of contacting these contacts directly if she felt that she wanted to further encourage conversions and confirm appointment bookings – although this is not always necessary!

This campaign delivered 123 qualified leads, 30 new customers and £2,086 in revenue for Monet Hairdressing in just 4-Weeks!
